ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE

Building height is adjusted to the surrounding constructions. The building has a basement with garage space, ground floor, three floors and secluded floor with flat roof. All apartments are optimally oriented, with good views.

DESIGN AND RESPECT OF URBANISTIC VALUES

Thanks to superior latest technology, design and processing, we use self-ventilated facades with FUNDER-MAX and granite cladding on the ground floor. FUNDER-MAX with its external appearance is harmoniously linked with old buildings in the neighbourhood and makes a distinctive architectural entity which enriches our city. Residential and office building is located in an attractive location in the urban area of the municipality of Palilula, on the border with the municipality of Stari Grad and near the city oases Botanical Garden and unavoidable Bajloni market. The location is spatially and functionally connected with Despot Stefan’s Boulevard and Takovska and Cvijiceva Streets and it is within walking distance of these roads. Thus, existing road and public transport network enables direct connection to the city centre and Republic Square. Nearby are located kindergarten, school, health centre, police, branches of several banks and all other facilities without which it is hard to imagine a high quality and comfortable life.

HOUSING AREA

During construction of our buildings, we cooperate with the company BOSAL which guarantees safety and quality both to us and to our customers. Glazing is accomplished with thermo acoustic, low-emission triple glazing equipped with German window furniture specially treated with American graphite dyes for outdoor aluminium carpentry.

    SECURITY DOORS AND INTERIOR DOORS

    Security and interior doors of BOSAL company alone already talk about their quality. Having all necessary attests, excellent materials for exterior processing, we have decided to use most luxurious materialization. Veneered doors on both sides and processed with metal frame.

    LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

    The entrance hall and staircase part of the building is equipped with video interphones and is under video surveillance. The interior is designed so that each housing unit contains multimedia boxes for distribution of network between computers through sockets distributed in the apartment. The apartments have central boilers for power supply of bathroom, electric motors for blinds are also built in balcony doors. We paid special attention to the design of suspended ceilings which are equipped with modern Italian fitted lighting. All apartments are optimally designed and each room has several ignition lines in order to create more interesting and diverse living atmosphere.
